KNOCKOUT DARTS – BETA TERMS OF USE
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the beta version of Knockout Darts (“Knockout Darts”, the “Game” or the “Platform”), operated by TC Digital (“we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or playing Knockout Darts, you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta Service
Knockout Darts is currently being made available for testing, demonstration and evaluation.
The Platform is under active development and may contain errors, bugs, unfinished features or temporary interruptions.
During the beta period we may:
add, remove or change features;
change gameplay, scoring or difficulty;
reset games, scores, rankings or leaderboards;
remove test accounts or test data;
temporarily suspend the Platform;
restrict access to particular users, venues or territories; and
end the beta programme at any time.
The beta service is provided without any guarantee that a particular feature will remain available in a future version.
2. Free-to-Play Beta
The beta version of Knockout Darts does not involve real-money gambling.
Unless we expressly state otherwise:
no stake or wager is required;
no real money is placed at risk through gameplay;
virtual scores, points, darts, rankings or achievements have no monetary value;
game points cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
no cash-out facility is provided; and
no purchase is necessary to participate in beta gameplay.
Knockout Darts is a skill and entertainment game and should not be treated as a gambling, betting or investment service.
If a future promotion includes a prize, competition or reward, separate promotional terms may apply.
3. Playing Knockout Darts
Players may be asked to provide a player name, nickname, game code or other information necessary to participate.
You agree to:
provide reasonable and accurate information where requested;
use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
follow the rules of the relevant game or competition;
not deliberately interfere with gameplay or other players;
not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended behaviour;
not attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboards;
not impersonate another person; and
not use offensive, abusive or inappropriate player names or content.
We may remove players, scores, results or accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, cheating, manipulation or abuse of the Platform.
4. Scores and Results
Knockout Darts uses software to calculate gameplay outcomes, including dart position, scoring, qualification, rankings and other game mechanics.
During beta testing these systems may be adjusted or recalibrated.
Although we aim to provide accurate scoring and reliable gameplay, beta results should not be regarded as an official sporting result or used for financial, betting or other high-value decisions.
Where a technical fault affects a game, we may void, restart, correct or remove the affected result.
5. Devices and Connectivity
Knockout Darts is delivered through compatible internet-connected devices and browsers.
Performance may depend on:
device type;
browser;
screen size;
processing performance;
internet or mobile connectivity;
latency;
network congestion; and
third-party infrastructure.
We cannot guarantee that the Platform will function identically on every device or network.
6. Venue and Multiplayer Play
Knockout Darts may allow players in the same venue, different venues or different locations to participate in connected games or competitions.
A venue, host, organiser or promotional partner may also apply its own reasonable rules to an event.
We are not responsible for the conduct of individual players, venue staff or event organisers.
7. Intellectual Property
Knockout Darts, including its software, gameplay systems, graphics, interfaces, branding, game mechanics, scoring systems, databases and associated technology, is owned by or licensed to TC Digital.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may use the Platform solely for normal authorised gameplay.
You must not, without our permission:
copy or reproduce the Platform;
reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code;
modify or create derivative versions of the Platform;
commercially exploit the Platform;
scrape or systematically extract Platform data; or
use our branding, artwork or software for another product or service.
8. Feedback and Beta Testing
We welcome comments, bug reports and suggestions about the beta Platform.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback to improve Knockout Darts and our related products and services without payment or obligation to you.
Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information as feedback unless agreed with us separately.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Knockout Darts available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:
maintenance;
software updates;
hosting issues;
network failures;
security measures;
technical faults; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to this, Knockout Darts is provided as a free beta service for testing and entertainment.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the beta Platform.
You should not rely on a beta game, score, ranking or leaderboard for any significant financial or commercial decision.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for:
security;
maintenance;
abuse prevention;
suspected cheating;
breach of these Terms;
protection of other users; or
operation of the beta programme.
You may stop using Knockout Darts at any time.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through Knockout Darts is handled in accordance with the Knockout Darts Privacy Notice.
13. Changes to These Terms
Because Knockout Darts is under active development, we may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be made available through the Platform or associated website.
Material changes may also be brought to your attention when appropriate.

Beta gameplay and diagnostic information may periodically be deleted, reset or anonymised.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
We will not retain identifiable beta data indefinitely where there is no continuing operational, legal or security reason to do so.

request access to your personal information;

request deletion of information in certain circumstances;
request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
